Experience
May/ June 2011 –Visual Arts Degree Show, The University of Salford
Exhibiting an installation as well as a performance piece on the opening night.
This exhibition also involved  working closely in a team to ensure the preparation of the gallery space including vigorous cleaning, sanding and painting of walls and floors, Advertising, exhibiting and general smooth running of this 10-day show.

May/ June 2011 – Box Project
A collaboration with other Salford art students where we each submit a piece of work into the box and the public can order the limited edition piece.

May 2011 - THE SHAKING BEGINS, Chorlton Arts Festival
Exhibiting in a show of contemporary video and installation

April 2011 – Artist Assistant, Exhibition by Brian Madden
Assisting the installation and running of this weeklong exhibition within the Lowry Mall, Salford.

April 2010 - Artist in Residence, Oakwood High School
Based within the school art room I involved pupils from all year groups in my work exploring sensory art.

April 2010 – Artist in Residence, Salford Museum and Art Gallery
Continuing my work from Oakwood High School I designed and ran a weeklong sensory workshop for pupils with learning disabilities.

October 2006 – April 2007- Shaftsbury High School
For 3 days a week I supported the Art Teacher in this special needs secondary school as well as preparing the equipment for lessons and writing reports afterwards. Two days a week I taught Art, working with a mixture of materials with the students, this involved lesson planning, class preparation and report writing as well as working closely with the teaching assistants so that the student’s individual needs were met.
